Piney Point Homeowners, Inc is a Cooperative community for 55 and older residents. As a Cooperative each resident owns their own home and owns a proprietary lease on thier lot. Each resident also owns an equal share of the community common areas. The owners elect a Board of Directors. We also have an Activities Association which promotes numerous activities for our residents.
