Our Community
Piney Point is a 55 and older community in Palmetto,FL. Located just north of Bradenton and south of Tampa/St. Petersburg, we are in the ideal region to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.
Location, Location, Location
Whether it is golf or beaches, sporting events or the museum, Piney Point is in the perfect location. There are golf courses all around us. You can go to a Rays baseball game or a Bucs football game. We are right in the middle of several Spring Training ballparks. There are three major airports and the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key are a must. Some of the best medical care facilities in the country are located right here. All this and more is just a short drive from Piney Point.
